Zeus

Zeus

Zeus was found living in a drainage ditch for 6 months. After his rescuer gained his trust they discovered he was microchipped and went down a rabbit hole trying to reunite him with his family. Unfortunately they learned the heartbreaking news Zeus’ mom had passed away November of 2023. Zeus had no home to go back to and had to be treated for heart worms. Zeus is still in the process of recovering but is looking for a family to live out the rest of his life with. Zeus is loyal he stayed by his mothers side until she passed and we hope to give him his next home that will be there for him through the end.

Marga-Rita

Marga-Rita

I couldn’t imagine being dumped and waiting months for the person I thought loved me to return. This is a glimpse of what a dog feels and it's truly heartbreaking yet inspiring to see their unwavering loyalty.

I’m not where you left me mom, don’t be mad I waited on the road you left me on for 8 months. You must have had something important to do to have left in such a hurry. A lot of people tried to bring me home mom but I told them I was waiting for you to come back. You’re a grandma now mom . Im strong i didnt have anyones help when i delivered. I kept 2 of my babies safe. Please dont be mad mom i know you werent ready to be a grandma but i didnt want to be alone anymore. My babies were picked up , i thought i would never see them again. Today while i was out looking for food a car stopped by and fed me. I was so hungry mom dont be mad I finally let them trap me. Im shut down now I told them you’d come back but they said I waited long enough. I dont know how youll find me now.

Princess

Princess

Having a plan in place for your dog's future can be a lifesaver, ensuring they're well cared for even if life takes an unexpected turn. So, who would step in to care for your furry friend if you couldn't?

Often times we get messages asking to surrender a pet, Princess was one of those. Her family was elderly and could no longer care for her. She is so smart and kind she just wants to be smothered in affection and would be a great addition to any family. Could you be the knight and shining armor for Princes?

Moose

Moose

I’m the product of an irresponsible owner. At only 3 months old I have been sold, given away and dumped. I was found running the streets in a city near the boarder of Mexico. My rescuer learned that I had been posted days earlier on Facebook being given away. This is no way for a puppy’s life to begin luckily it’s taken a positive turn and he is getting to finally just be a puppy.
I love playing with toys and my foster siblings. When it’s time to sleep I’m the best cuddler in town! I hope to have a forever home soon.

Chelada

Chelada

Growing up on the Streets can be difficult and can often times require extra time for a dog to adjust to living with a human and learning some humans DO care about them. Chelada is the sole survivor of Marga-Rita’s first street litter. He’s come along fairly quickly and has started to come out of his shell. In no time he will not even remember him and his little families struggle of simply surviving. My favorite part about him is he will smile when he’s nervous or scared.

Gypsy

Gypsy

Meet Gypsy Rose the 3 month old pitbull mix puppy who was found on the streets of San Antonio. Like many others Gypsy was disregarded looked passed because of her breed. Until a Good Samaritan picked her up and got her to keep safe until help could be found. Her personality definitely shines through the negative perceptions of what pitbulls are. She is a gentle puppy with an old soul.
